Pet Policy

Desert Lakes is a pet-friendly community with large open courtyards and pet cleanup stations, which makes Desert Lakes one large play area for our furry friends.

You can have up to two pets under 40lbs each. One pet is a $300 deposit with $150 being refundable and plus $20 a month for pet rent. Two pets are $400 deposit with $200 being refundable and $40 a month.

All dogs must have current vaccination records to include rabies shots due to state law and provide such documentation before bringing the pet onto the property.
